3. It is required to operate with light and dark fire. The primer shall be controlled at about 0.9m, neither too deep nor too shallow. It is also not allowed to calcine with open fire to ensure the normal kiln temperature. The heat loss of calcination with open fire is too large, resulting in a waste of heat. There are many burnt yellow pellets, high free calcium oxide, and the wet material layer shall be controlled at about 30cm.
4. The fire watcher shall pay attention to the safety at all times. Only in the presence of the leader can the problem be solved.
5. Watching the fireman should be on duty 10 minutes in advance. Understand the calcination in the kiln and the operation of the equipment. It is not allowed to wear slippers with bare back on duty. It is strictly prohibited to go off duty, sleep on duty and do private work.
6. According to the unified operation method of initiating explosive device, high standard sinter can be produced with high temperature and high yield. The loss on ignition of sinter is controlled within 0.8 and free calcium oxide is controlled within 3%.
7. It is required to observe the operation method of the fireman pressing the side fire and lifting the middle fire. No air holes are allowed in the middle and the two ribs. The air holes on the kiln surface are strictly controlled. It is required that there is a flame in the center and the air escapes from the lower fabric tube, so that there is enough air volume in the kiln for burning.
