Drying and calcining technology of silicon powder
Silicon micro powder is made of natural quartz (SiO2) or fused quartz (amorphous SiO2 of natural quartz after high temperature melting and cooling) through crushing, ball milling (or vibration, air flow milling), flotation, pickling purification, high-purity water treatment and other processes. Silicon powder is a non-toxic, tasteless inorganic non-metallic material. It is widely used in chemical industry, electronics, integrated circuit (IC), electrical appliances, plastics, coatings, paints, rubber, national defense and other fields due to its good temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, poor thermal conductivity, high insulation, low expansion, stable chemical performance, high hardness and other excellent properties. With the rapid development of high-tech field, silicon micro powder will also enter a new historical development period.
Process description:
1. The combined process of two-stage continuous jet heat exchange and calcination is adopted;
2. In the calcination process, according to the particle size distribution of the product, a preheating device is added, and a high-temperature pulse bag filter is added to the tail gas to ensure the recovery of more than 99.5% of the calcined product;
3. The two-stage injection heat exchanger of the calcination system uses the hot air after heat exchange as the drying heat source and the secondary air of the calcination combustion system, which improves the heat utilization rate.
Performance and characteristics
● Continuous operation, instant calcination, multi temperature and multi pressure point monitoring. The whole system can realize automatic control.
● Sufficient gas-solid mixing, controllable calcination temperature and time, and stable product quality.
● Closed system, no environmental pollution, multi-level recovery, high recovery rate, civilized production.
● The calcination tail gas can be equipped with a cooler and a dryer for system combination to effectively use heat energy.
