Calcination process of active calcium oxide:

The activated calcium oxide with good quality, fast reaction and slagging is widely used internationally to replace ordinary calcium oxide in metallurgical industry. Activated calcium oxide is also widely used in chemical industry and other industries because of its advantages such as small crystal, high porosity, small bulk density, large specific surface area, strong reactivity, low impurities, and uniform particle size.

It is a new technology to calcine calcium carbonate to produce active calcium oxide in a flash fluidized calciner; The calcium carbonate powder is ground into powder with a mesh size of less than 125, and then enters the twinkling fluidized bed calciner to generate active calcium oxide after 28 seconds of high-temperature decomposition. Because the calcination is fast and uniform in heat transfer, it is an advanced process for producing active calcium oxide, and it is also an advanced process for decomposing lime.

Product introduction:

A type of furnace for calcining powdered materials with hot air. It is mainly composed of preheating dryer, heat exchanger, calcination calciner, collector, heat source, etc. After entering the furnace, the materials can be rapidly decomposed within 28 seconds. As the powder materials are calcined, the calcined materials are uniform, and there is no raw burning and over burning. The calcination temperature can be accurately controlled.

Working principle:

The materials or mud cake like calcium carbonate and calcium hydroxide are delivered by the feeder. In the dryer or preheating, the waste heat air produced by calcining calciner decomposition of calcium carbonate is used as the above drying heat source. The dried calcium carbonate is delivered to the calciner for calcination, and the decomposed calcium oxide is discharged from the discharge port.
