White mud drying and calcination system process
Overview of white mud calciner:
The calcination process system formulated according to the characteristics of coal bearing soil, soft and hard soil, and the determined process calciner can realize rapid decomposition, slow oxidation and reduction, and dry utilization of heat source. It covers a small area, can produce double 90 soil, calcine modified soil, and has good performance in use, superior to the traditional way. The selection of calcination process and calcination equipment determines the product quality and various performance indicators. Currently, the calcination methods mainly include external combustion rotary kiln, internal combustion rotary kiln and shaft kiln. The compound calcining kiln designed and manufactured by our company is a new type of advanced process equipment determined according to the calcination process of kaolin.
Product introduction:
The composite calcining kiln designed by our company mainly consists of three parts. Drying part: dynamic precalcining kiln and rotary precalcining and reducing kiln. The tail gas of the precalcining and reducing kiln is used as the heat source of the dynamic precalcining kiln and drying equipment to realize the comprehensive utilization of energy. Ordinary clay, double 90 kaolin and cable grade kaolin can be calcined.
Working principle:
The internal combustion type weir return rotary kiln uses gas and oil as the heat source, the hot air generated enters the kiln, the dried and pre decomposed kaolin enters the weir kiln for calcination, and the calcined tail gas is discharged through the pre decomposition kiln dryer.
Performance characteristics:
The calcination process is a new process designed on the basis of the current traditional process.
l The particle size, whiteness, rheology and other performance indexes of calcined kaolin are superior to those of traditional methods
l The equipment occupies a small area, has less investment and is easy to operate.
