Titanium dioxide production is a fine chemical processing process with high product quality requirements. Titanium dioxide has stable physical and chemical properties and many excellent characteristics. Product introduction:

According to the characteristics of titanium dioxide materials, combined with our own intellectual property rights, the flash dryer specially designed for titanium dioxide is developed, which can effectively solve some disadvantages of the previous general drying equipment, such as sticking. It can effectively improve the equipment utilization efficiency and improve the cost performance ratio of equipment output.

Working principle:

The heating gas output from the heater enters the dryer in the tangential direction through the cyclone at the bottom of the flash dryer, and generates high-speed cyclonic updraft. After the TiO2 filter cake after the diaphragm press enters the host through the screw feeder, the agglomerated materials are continuously broken, dispersed, boiling and dried by high-speed mass transfer and heat transfer under the combined action of high-speed cyclonic updraft and the mixer at the bottom of the host. The dried qualified materials are carried out by the air flow from the upper outlet of the dryer, and the dried finished products are obtained after being trapped; Materials with too large particles or high humidity are set on the upper part of the drying chamber and blocked by partial weir plates, and continue to be further dried in the drying chamber until they are carried out by the air flow. The purified tail gas is led out by the high-pressure induced draft fan for emptying.
