1. Structure of lime kiln

The furnace charge of the straight cylinder type kiln decreases to a static level and steadily decreases, while the curve vase type furnace charge decreases to a dynamic tumbling drop. The stone material continuously changes the heating surface and air permeability after several tumbling, thus strengthening the calcination capacity, reducing the coal consumption and reducing the burning rate.
2. Air supply for lime kiln
As the energy-saving kiln has a special internal structure, the air flow resistance is very small, so the air pressure and air volume used by the energy-saving kiln is only one third of the natural power of the ordinary shaft kiln, which is about 30% of the ordinary kiln, so the power consumption is greatly reduced and the corresponding lime cost is reduced. The modern lime kiln research institute has also studied and designed the probability hood to enable the combustion supporting air to be distributed scientifically and hierarchically on the required furnace charge section, so that the air flow in the kiln is uniform and the flame combustion intensity is consistent. The air supply policy of Lin Modern lime kiln design is: "low air pressure, small air volume, large effect".
3. Thermal insulation materials for lime kiln
Ordinary lime kilns use thermal insulation materials, while energy-saving kilns not only have thermal insulation materials, but also have composite thermal insulation materials and kiln linings to form composite kiln linings, so that the heat energy in the kiln can be fully utilized, and the heat loss can greatly reduce the coal consumption and greatly reduce the lining age.
2、 Requirements for environment-friendly lime kiln
1. According to the necessity of production and the quality of lime, timely and quantitatively feed and unload the ash.
2. Frequently and carefully check the sensitivity and correctness of the batching scale.
3. Observe the temperature and pressure of the kiln once an hour through various instruments, and carefully record the temperature of each hot zone.
4. Analyze the composition and concentration of kiln gas once an hour, and carefully observe the transformation in the kiln through the observation hole to control the concentration of carbon dioxide by 30% and carbon oxide by 1%.
5. Observe the air supply at any time, and no large fluctuation is allowed. If the air pressure and air volume are too large, the fire level moves up, and the exhaust gas temperature rises, the fuel will be wasted. If the air pressure and air volume are too low, and the fire level falls, it is easy to produce burning.
6. The coke moisture shall be analyzed once per shift as a reference for adjusting the kiln material ratio.
7. Regularly observe the distribution of kiln top and correct the deviation of kiln and fire.
8. The control range of feeding ratio is limestone: lime=1.7~1.75:1, and the control range of feeding ratio is limestone: coke=1000 kg: 70~90 kg.
9. Frequently check the limestone and fuel lump size, which is 70-150mm, and 30-70mm for coke (white coal).
10. Check the raw burning rate and over burning rate, and ensure that the calcination temperature is controlled decisively, and the raw burning rate is less than 5%, and the over burning rate is less than 3%.
