During feeding, the fan speed is controlled at about 450rpm, and the negative pressure of the preheater is less than 1200Pa;

3. Start the fans in the remaining rooms of the cooler according to the air pressure of the kiln hood;

4. The air, material and coal change greatly during feeding, so as to ensure that the material is smooth during feeding;

5. The raw material system adjusts the opening of the baffle of the electric dust collector to ensure that the negative pressure of the main exhaust fan of the kiln is - 150 ～ - 300Pa. When the temperature of the main exhaust fan of the kiln reaches 200 ℃± 10 ℃, the humidifier tower sprays water;

6. When the clinker enters the cooler, gradually increase the air volume of the cooler. At this time, the secondary and tertiary air temperatures should be increased; Stabilize the negative pressure of lime kiln equipment.
