1、 Product overview:

2、 Features of industrial waste incinerator:

3、 Type of incineration:
1. Industrial wastes (macromolecular wastes): plastic PE, PU, rubber (tire), Polylon, Baote bottle, fiber, foam, cloth, resin, acrylic, leather, cowhide, laminated board, bakelite powder, urea powder, vegetable melon cloth, tape, paint, polymer, etc.
2. Medical waste: needle barrel, gloves, bandages, gauze, blood transfusion tubes, organs and other infectious waste gases.
3. General garbage: cardboard, paper scraps, wood chips, leaves, etc.
4. Special wastes: waste oil, waste solvent, sludge, dust collecting pool, paint on iron, mold filter residue, etc.
Domestic waste incinerator
At present, there are many types of incinerators used to incinerate domestic garbage in China. According to the combustion reaction process, they can be divided into direct combustion and pyrolysis gasification combustion. According to the combustion movement and gas-solid mixing mode, they can be divided into mechanical grate furnace, rotary kiln furnace and fluidized bed furnace. The organic content of domestic garbage to be treated in this project is 76.17%, and the inorganic content is 23.83%. The reciprocating push stratified air supply mechanical grate furnace is selected to incinerate garbage. Due to the calorific value content of garbage and the advantages of the design structure of this system, the garbage itself can spontaneously combust without adding auxiliary fuel. Through the convection heat transfer with hot air and the radiation heat transfer of flame and furnace wall, the drying, ignition, combustion and post combustion processes are completed. 7、 Equipment margin
The design margin of incinerator, tail gas facilities, fans, pumps and other equipment is 10%.
8、 Safety and environmental requirements
● The blowdown of equipment and others will not be discharged locally, and the drain outlet will be reserved to the collecting pipeline of the Demander.
● Each ash discharging system shall be sealed to avoid fly ash scattering.
● Select low-noise equipment, and take measures such as adding silencers for fans and other equipment with high noise to meet the noise control specifications.
● Measures for replacing filler and filter material safely and environmentally shall be taken into consideration during design.
● The operating platform of equipment and valves can safely reach each position that needs to be operated.
