1. The transmission system, supporting device and retaining wheel system in the new environment-friendly lime kiln system must be checked frequently (every hour), and any abnormal conditions such as noise, vibration and heat should be handled in time.

2. Whether the lubrication of all lubricating points is normal shall strictly follow the lubrication system and frequently check whether the oil quantity is sufficient.

3. Check the bearing temperature and lubrication of the supporting wheel liner every hour.

4. Determine the clearance and wear according to the relative displacement between the tire and its base plate during rotation.

5. Pay attention to whether the cylinder of the new environment-friendly lime kiln moves up and down regularly (generally, it moves up and down once per shift).

6. Pay attention to whether the water flow at each cooling water outlet is smooth, and the height of the water surface in the lower water tank of the supporting wheel. If the height is inappropriate, use the water level regulator to adjust it.

7. It shall be noted that the auxiliary drive must be started once a week, but the clutch is not connected to ensure smooth starting when the main power supply is suddenly interrupted.

8. Pay attention to the cylinder temperature of new environment-friendly lime kiln. The temperature of the burning belt kiln can be determined by the automatic recorder of the infrared scanning device. The surface temperature of the burning belt kiln shell shall not exceed 380 ℃; Only occasionally, it is allowed to reach 400 ℃. If the temperature exceeds 400 ℃ and the operation continues without treatment, it is illegal.

9. The problems found in the inspection should be handled timely according to the nature of the problem. Pay attention to safety during the process. Some items should be inspected and handled after the kiln is stopped.

What needs to be done before commissioning of the new environment-friendly lime kiln?

(1) Check whether the devices are loose and whether there is friction between the sealing device and local parts.

(2) Ensure that all fasteners are tightened firmly, and clean up all sundries inside and outside the kiln, above and below the foundation, especially between the wheels and the tugboat.

(3) Check whether the lubricating cold hydraulic system has leakage, whether the valve is flexible and reliable, whether the oil is injected in place, and whether the oil pressure, oil temperature and flow meet the design requirements.

(4) Check the transmission device to ensure that there is no abnormal noise such as impact and vibration. The engagement of large and small gears should be normal and the working mode should be stable.

(5) Check whether the tyre and the tugboat are in normal contact. The contact length shall not be less than 70%. The kiln barrel shall move up and down smoothly.

(6) Check the rotation direction of all instruments, indicators and motors to ensure that they comply with relevant drawings and regulations.

If all the above inspections meet the standard requirements, the new environment-friendly lime kiln can be commissioned. However, attention should be paid to the sequence of commissioning. Generally, the main motor is commissioned first, and then the main motor drives the main reducer to run for a certain period of time.
