Treatment of problems caused by environmental protection lime kiln operation
During the operation of environmental protection lime kiln, some problems caused by operational problems will occur, which will lead to the addition of anthracite, the decrease of lime quality and output value, or the decrease of CO2 concentration in the gas. So we should know how to deal with these problems.
The following are common operation problems and their solutions. The environmental protection lime kiln manufacturer will introduce them to you:
1. The appearance that the calcination area moves up is usually caused by the fact that the anthracite particles loaded are too small and the anthracite is incinerated prematurely. This situation also occurs when the discharge amount is too small (i.e. the output value is low) or the air volume is too large. Along with this appearance, the temperature increases, the lime temperature decreases, the burning amount increases, and the hot degree of the material surface increases.
In order to move the calcination area down to the normal position, it is necessary to strengthen the discharging, or temporarily reduce the air supply or exhaust (stop the air compressor), or temporarily change to natural air exhaust. It is necessary to refit anthracite with normal particle size when the calcination area is moved down in the future.
2. The reason for the appearance that the calcination area moves downward is usually that the anthracite particles loaded are too large and the discharge amount is too much (the output value is too high), so the calcination speed cannot keep up; Or the air pressure is small, the air supply resistance is large, and the air volume is lacking and not adjusted in time. It is characterized by the rise of discharge temperature, the unburned anthracite coal contained in the discharged lime or flourishing, and the CO2 concentration in the gas also decreases.
In order to rehabilitate the orientation of the calcination area, it is necessary to reduce the discharge volume and temporarily increase the air volume (but it is important to pay attention to the fact that adding air volume will reduce the CO2 concentration, which will lead to the production of high concentration CO2). The door of lime kiln shall be opened for natural cooling. Compared with the lime in the cooling area, the normal discharging can be started and the anthracite with normal particle size can be modified.
3. The elongation of the calcination area is mainly shown by the rise of the temperature of discharged lime and gas. The reason for this appearance is usually that the limestone particles are too small, and the content of debris is high; The content of anthracite is high; A lump is formed around the wall, which prevents ventilation in one place and lowers the calcination area together, but in other places, there is more ventilation and makes the calcination area improve. The first way to deal with the extension of the calcination zone is to reduce the amount of air sent in.

4. Shortening of calcination area is usually caused by low coal blending rate. Along with this appearance, the CO2 concentration and temperature in the added gas of discharged lime calcination amount decrease. The solution is to increase the amount of anthracite loaded, pay attention to the coal blending rate, and do not change the discharge amount together.
5. Unilateral calcination is usually composed of uneven distribution, coal distribution and discharging, uneven ventilation or wall nodulation. Along with this appearance, the material level is skewed, forming a high side and a low side. The blanking on all sides is uneven, and the temperature is uneven, with fire jumping from one side inside. Unilateral calcination is difficult to deal with, so it can be strengthened to discharge from the raw burning side by selecting partial distribution coal. In case of internal unilateral calcination, it is necessary to check whether limestone and anthracite can be evenly distributed during loading. If problems are found, corresponding measures shall be taken.
6. Nodules include internal nodule, knot ring and wall hanging nodule. Occurrence reason: First of all, the coal blending rate is too high, and the amount of coal is concentrated, the components are high temperature, and the effect of coal ash as a melting aid is caused; Limestone has a high content of clay (it is prohibited to bring soil and other things into the package); No attention was paid to the operation, the distance at the discharging time was too long, and the feeding was not done on duty; The side wind is strong, the fire is fast, and the ventilation in the middle is poor. Internal nodules can be identified according to the concentration of CO and O2 in the gas. The internal nodulation shall be handled by reducing the coal blending rate, evenly distributing coal, strengthening the limestone selection, adjusting the feeding and discharging criteria, and strengthening the ventilation of the middle part. Knotted tumors can be removed by technical smashing or quenching.
