"Accurate" refers to the accurate amount of limestone and anthracite, and the accurate feeding and discharging time and position;

The demand for limestone and anthracite should be accurate mainly because: if anthracite has a large participation, it is easy to burn, stick and nodule; If the amount of limestone is large and anthracite is insufficient, it is easy to form raw combustion. The feeding and discharging time and position shall be accurate, that is, the feeding and discharging shall be carried out on time along the whole cross section, so as to ensure stable and high yield.
During the operation of the lime kiln, the feeding and discharging shall be uniform, and the limestone and anthracite shall be evenly distributed. The main purpose is to evenly fire the whole material surface, which is an important condition for ensuring the normal production of the lime kiln. When feeding and distributing materials, it is required to roll the large materials to the middle and leave the small materials around. In this way, the resistance of the whole material surface is relatively uniform and the firing is more uniform. Generally, anthracite should be less distributed in the middle part of the lime kiln where the technology is used to add coal, and anthracite should not be distributed in the scale of 20-30mm against the wall, so that the materials can be burned well without sticking or knotting. In order to ensure that the discharging is uniform, the method of first discharging large blocks, then ordinary blocks, first around, and then in the middle can be used during the process of discharging, so that the inner material column can fall evenly.
